What makes an effective team, a team as we know is a collection of parts. These parts may not always necessarily be the ‘best’ staff or the only persons that are currently available at short notice. Successful teams are diverse and as we know, diversity comes in many shapes and styles.

You need the steam engines of the workforce, those that can keep momentum going and are cornerstones of society, you need the innovators, those that can challenge the norm and think outside the box. Then theres the rocks of the group, those with the longstanding experience and status, the leaders in the team help to gel everything together and everyone in turn.
