CTR Learning have pioneered the way in which training is delivered, and this has been achieved by our professional e-learning courses and more recently through our leadership training via distance learning. This now allows for leadership and management distance learning to be completed in your own time and from a location of your choice.

Gone are the days of trying to find the time to book on a course, then the struggle of travelling to and from a training centre, not to mention the loss of work for self employed persons when on an actual course.

We are able to offer a number of leadership and management courses via distance learning and with your course work posted to you in our company folder. The way in which we assess your leadership training is through a combination of set tasks, assignments, video presentations and written coursework.
